U vs. CSU

University of Utah vs. Colorado State University
I tried surprising Will with U game tickets but he figured it out!
Thanks to my U friends...
Whitney Anderson
(who is also my roommate)
&
CW Walker
(my old roommate Lindsey's now husband)
for hooking me up with free tickets.
unfortunately the weather was VERY cold and wet but I still had a good time!

We rode the TRAX to the game and had an interesting experience.
Long story short....
Will
(my buff boyfriend)
almost beat up some drunk homeless guy
because he was touching me.
It was scary.
WILL, YOU'RE MY HERO!
:)

Before the game when we were WARM & DRY.
Pretty good seats.
Drenched.
Go Utes!

Photography

I have decided that i'm going to minor in photography.
I am currently taking a photography class
& I have fallen in love with it.
So... I decided to make it my minor.
Here are some pictures I have taken so far with my not-so-professional camera.
I'm getting a DSLR camera soon...the
Cannon Rebel!
I'm way excited.

Emilee!

Yay!!
Emilee lives in SLC now!

Me and her would always talk about college when we were
little and its funny how things work out.
I used to think that I would never go to college let alone
the same college as Emilee.
I used to say,
"I'm not going to college. Look at my family, nobody in my family went to college and they're fine. i'll be fine. i'll just be a Real Estate agent. I hear
they make good money. I don't need college!"
& she would always tell me,
"Katie, you're not going to college?
but you NEED to go to college!
That's so dumb, what if someday something happens to your family and
you need to provide for them because
your husband can't?
Think about that!"
ohhh EMILEE...
Thank You for always having
a good head on your shoulders.
you always have my back.
And now look, we're going to college together!
We're doing it!

I am so happy that Emilee lives here and she is only like 5 miles away.
I love having a close family member here to hang out with. She is not only my favorite
cousin but she is my FRIEND!
I love having some type of family so close to me now.
I've been alone here in SLC for too long now
(1 year to be exact)
and it's so exciting to experience college with her!
I hope she likes this as much as I do.
I LOVE YOU EMILEE!!
